Wow, it's starting to get insanely cold outside. As I was taking these photos, I almost froze to death with no coat on! By the time I get home from school, it's difficult to take good photos inside, so outside it is, no matter what the weather. Last month, I attended the Schuh A/W'13 Press Preview [click here to read all about it!] and I was able to choose a pair of shoes thanks to the girls at Schuh PR. I chose a pair of chunky, black boots, something that was on my winter wishlist if you can remember from my A/W shoe wishlist post. I was so excited to see that the new Schuh range had lots of man-repeller shoes. I adore open cut, buckled boots, but unfortantely Jeffery Campbell Coltranes were waaay out of my price range. Luckily for me, Schuh offer an almost even better alternative- Cryptic Low Heels.
Words cannot describe my love for these shoes. They are just perfect, and so so me! With a cleated sole, four buckles and made of sturdy leather, these boots will be optimal for trudging through Irish weather, whilst also injecting some grunge style into my outfit. They're super comfortable, and look like the kind of shoes that will last for years! Schuh are quite a dependable brand if you're in need of a pair of long-lasting shoes.
At €96, they're alot cheaper than Jeffrey Campbells, have a higher heel, and honestly, they're just down right fabulous.

What do you think of these shoes? Will you be buying chunky boots this season too?
